Due to planned growth and ongoing success, this highly respected, award winning and leading specialist construction services Company have a new and exciting opportunity to appoint a talented Contracts Manager.

Candidates of particular interest will have experience of metalwork, ideally architectural metalwork or secondary steelwork. Other architectural and secondary construction elements including cladding, decking, timber or glass will also be considered for shortlisting.

Working on schemes from £50K to £8M, you will manage up to 2-5 projects at one time, project size depending, operating from their South Yorkshire offices.

You will have a wide influence from project management, project coordination, design, handover and final accounts with your clients.

Most projects are new build apartment blocks, with the majority of these in London and surrounding areas, however regular commutes to site are not required, only as and when. In the main, you will be an office based CM.

Whilst you are able to efficiently and cost effectively contract manage all aspects of multiple contracts to full completion, you will naturally be commercially aware and highly professional building and maintaining long term relationships with key customers.

Candidates sought must have CSCS and SMSTS cards, have good IT skills - MS Word and Excel.
