Reed Scientific are working with a leading company in the fine chemicals and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, dedicated to producing high-quality materials for a variety of industries. Within this role you will play a vital role in ensuring the production processes run efficiently. You will come from a background in chemical manufacturing and will understand both production and safety procedures.

Key Duties:

• Operate equipment for manufacturing.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with management to schedule work and improve processes.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills and experience required:

• A Chemistry-related degree or other relevant field of study.
• 1-2 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or a related industry.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken and a knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Sound understanding of hazards and safety related to hazardous chemicals
