Key Responsibilities: As a HLTA, you will:

* Support classroom teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.

* Lead small group activities and interventions to support student learning.

* Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.

* Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs.

* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

* Recognized HLTA qualification or equivalent.

* Experience working as an HLTA in a school setting.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.

* Commitment to the success and well-being of all students.
