We are currently recruiting for a Caretaker in London at a luxury residential building in West London.

The rota is Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.

Job description:

• General cleaning duties.
• Sweeping and mopping.
• Cleaning communal areas.
• Dusting and vacuuming.
• Stock and maintain supply room.
• Maintaining the building.
• Rotating the bins in the bin store and manual handling large bins to the refuse collection areas in a timely manner.
• Dealing with all resident enquiries and complaints.
• Answering telephone calls and replying emails.

Requirements/ Skills:

• Previous experience as a caretaker.
• Good understanding of caretaker duties.
• At least 1 year of expereince as a caretaker.

The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
