About the Company:

Role Overview:
Our client is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Psychiatrist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a range of mental health conditions, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct detailed psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions.
· Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy.
· Provide ongoing clinical care and support to patients with a variety of psychiatric disorders, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, and substance use disorders.
· Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
· Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in accordance with legal and professional standards.
· Participate in regular multidisciplinary meetings, case reviews, and supervision.
· Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in psychiatry to inform best practices.
· Engage in continuing professional development (CPD) and contribute to the training and mentoring of junior staff and trainees.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry (MRC Psych or equivalent).
· Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and inclusion on the Specialist Register in Psychiatry.
· Proven experience working as a psychiatrist in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of mental health issues across a broad spectrum.
· Excellent diagnostic skills and the ability to formulate effective treatment plans.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
· Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
