With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for a Commercial Administrator based in Bristol or Gloucester area.

Day to Day:

Working with a public sector contractor.  We are looking for an experienced Commercial Administrator or Assist QS to work within a projects team, delivering various planned and reactive work streams in the South West.  Previous experience of working in construction or maintenance would be desirable, or someone studying Quantity Surveying. 

Understanding around responsive repairs delivery and schedule of rates(SoRs)
Dealing with high volume jobs
Issuing purchase order numbers
Checking subcontractor claims
Measuring using SoR's and invoicing
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Previous construction/ commercial admin experience
Experience of planned and reactive contracts.
Sector related qualifications, although experience is more important.
Excellent general admin experience using Microsoft office programmes, particularly excel.
