Our client based in the north of Milton Keynes are looking for a permanent Administrator to join their business. Do you enjoy a variety within your role and want to support their business, to qualify for this role you must have excellent administration and attention to detail experience, be a car driver - due to the location.

  • Answer telephone calls, respond to emails.
  • Raising and managing Purchase Orders.
  • Booking hotel accommodation when required.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Updating the Training matrix,
  • Monitoring certificates, ensuring they are up to date.
  • Assist with site paperwork
  • Assist with company accreditations, including FORS and ISO9001.
  • Management of the E Learning Portal.

To qualify for this role, you will need to be proficient in Word and Excel and possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

£25K Full time permanent role, office based.
