The role

Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for providing front line support to line managers & colleagues. You will also deal with disciplinaries, grievances and performance management.

This is a varied and challenging position which is extremely fast paced; however, this is such an incredibly exciting time to join one of the UK's leading food manufacturing companies and be an integral part of a growing, forward thinking, robust business.

The person

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a food manufacturing environment. You will be flexible and adaptable and able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.

CIPD is desirable but not essential and a manufacturing background would be highly preferable.
