The Academy Trust started in Autumn 2015 and continues to grow.

The Trust currently comprise of 3 secondary and 4 primary academies in Medway and Kent. They have future growth plans as a Multi Academy Trust with major projects taking place across the organisation.

Their overarching aim and vision for the schools is "working together to create a community of successful learners".

In doing this, they will deliver an outstanding education for the children and young people who attend their academies. They endeavour to ensure that all of their pupils have access to the highest standards of teaching, resources and opportunities.

The Role

Due to further growth at the Trust, they are seeking to appoint an Estates Hub Manager to join their central team.

The Estates Team acts on behalf of the Trust to manage all property-related matters to ensure the Trust’s interests and its Estate are developed and maintained to agreed standards. As part of their continued investment into providing the best possible estate provision to the schools and to strengthen the team.

Skills and Qualifications

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estates Manager in a comparable setting to utilise their experience and expertise to ensure that all aspects of the Trusts properties are compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will need to have:

  • Experience of managing teams effectively in a school or other estates environment
  • A track record of delivering strategic and operational goals
  • A full clean driving licence as travel between sites is essential
