Handyman Wanted - Permanent Role in London

Ignite Recruitment is looking for an experienced Handyman to join our client's team for social housing projects in London. A clear DBS is required due to the nature of the work.

What You'll Do:

As a Handyman, your responsibilities will include:

* General maintenance and repairs, including carpentry, basic plumbing, and electrical work.

* Painting, decorating, and fixing minor damage in properties.

* Installing fixtures and fittings, such as doors, windows, and shelves.

* Conducting inspections and identifying issues that need attention or repair.

* Responding to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely manner.

* A clear DBS check is essential for social housing sites.

* Own van is preferred, but a van can be provided if necessary.

* Salary: Negotiable, available on either PAYE or UTR.
