Your new role

Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) testing on software applications, identifying defects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Monitor and assess consumer duty adherence, ensuring our services meet regulatory requirements.
Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and recommend corrective actions.
Regularly monitor and evaluate processes, suggesting enhancements to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in QA within the financial services sector.
Familiarity with consumer duty regulations and compliance.
Strong analytical skills for effective root cause analysis.
Ability to monitor and track performance metrics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What you'll get in return

Competitive salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
