Description

Administering payroll functions and ensuring accuracy in computations.
Processing payments and deductions including benefits, taxes, and pensions.
Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee queries about wages, deductions, or attendance.
Generating reports detailing payroll account activity.
Collaborating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
Company credit card administration
Processing purchase invoices
Provide holiday cover for the finance team
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies.
Contributing to the team's goal by accomplishing related tasks as needed.Profile

A successful Accounts Payroll should have:

Excellent Excel knowledge
Attention to detail
Previous experience within a Accounts/Payroll position
Strong understanding of HMRC rules and regulations.
Exceptional knowledge of payroll software and MS Office.
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
