The Role

You will be responsible for leading and motivating a small team of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers on your shift to deliver the best-in-class engineering for the Manufacturing Factory, inclusive of High Care.

You will be responsible for developing your team to ensure personnel are trained and competent for all works required ensuring machinery and plant equipment are preventively maintained.

You will also have a strong multi-skilled background with the ability to fault find on a variety of production equipment. There will be a great deal of technical development, which will aid your longer term career prospects within this instantly recognisable group.
