Your Role

Business Development: Grow your client base by following both cold and warm leads, conducting client meetings, and engaging in business development calls.
Candidate Marketing: Identify, screen, and engage potential candidates, ensuring they align with the roles you're recruiting for. Manage interviews and logistics between clients and candidates smoothly.
Relationship Building: Foster strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Personal Branding: Enhance your professional presence in the field through social media and outreach.
Targets and Expertise: Aim to meet targets and develop expertise in your recruitment sector.
