Role Overview:
As a Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing planned maintenance projects within the Decent Homes sector. You will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts are executed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for delivering exceptional service and results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee planned maintenance projects from inception to completion.

* Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

* Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

* Monitor project progress and performance, implementing necessary adjustments to meet project goals.

* Prepare and review contract documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

* Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts and projects.

* Provide leadership and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the Decent Homes sector.

* Extensive knowledge of planned maintenance processes and best practices.

* Strong understanding of construction contracts, regulations, and compliance requirements.

* Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members.
