Role Overview:
As a Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing planned maintenance projects within the Decent Homes sector. You will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts are executed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee planned maintenance projects from inception to completion.

* Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts and projects.

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the Decent Homes sector.
