Your Role

As a Mechanical Technician, you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring the smooth running of the facility. Your responsibilities include:
✅ Performing preventive and reactive maintenance on mechanical plant and equipment.
✅ Supporting plant shutdowns, repairs, and continuous improvement projects.
✅ Helping mentor apprentices and junior technicians.
✅ Maintaining a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with regulations.

What We're Looking For

✔️ NVQ Level 3 / HNC / HND in Mechanical Engineering (or significant industry experience).
✔️ Experience in Power Generation, Waste-to-Energy, Oil & Gas, or similar heavy industrial environments.
✔️ Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, boilers, and furnaces is a plus.
✔️ A team player with a commitment to safety, efficiency, and innovation.
