A local business in Blackburn is looking for Administrators to join their team on a long-term temporary basis to start as soon as possible. The role is starting off as a temporary role but could be made into a permanent role for the right person.
The Role:
· Sitting in on crucial meetings
· Note taking within the meetings
· Taking the detailed notes and inputting the information on the system
· Manning emails
· Ad-hoc administration
· Dealing with requests via email
· Processing DBS’s and/or references
You:
· Organisational skills
· Computer literate
· Experience in taking notes - essential
· Administration experience
· Working on own initiative
