Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an Administrator to join a small but growing construction company. If you're a proactive, highly organised individual who thrives on juggling tasks, loves a challenge, and wants to be the right-hand person to a Director—we want to hear from you!

This isn't just any admin role. It's your chance to be at the heart of the business, with clear opportunities to grow, get out of the office (if you like), and even price up jobs (no experience needed—you will be trained!).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to administrator, keeping daily operations running smoothly.
  • Invoicing - ensuring it's smooth, efficient, and always spot-on.
  • Take charge of ordering parts and materials, keeping suppliers in check with the best prices.
  • Be the Director's right-hand person: scheduling, coordinating, and making things happen.
  • Fancy getting out and about? You can visit client sites to help price jobs (all training provided by the best in the biz!).
  • Build brilliant relationships with clients
  • Keeping records and documentation in shape.
  • Support project management activities with flair and efficiency.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

  • Proven admin experience, ideally in construction (but not a dealbreaker).
  • Organisational skills with the ability to juggle tasks
  • Top-notch communication skills—written, verbal, and everything in between.
  • Eye for detail, especially when it comes to invoices and orders.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A self-starter, with the ability to work solo or as part of their small team.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a hunger to learn and grow.
