Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Enfield, North London
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those who require additional learning help.
Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored learning plans, ensuring all students can engage with the curriculum.
Assist with classroom management, promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere.
Support students' social and emotional well-being, helping them build confidence and independence.
Contribute to administrative tasks, including maintaining student records and tracking progress as part of individualized learning plans.What We Offer:

Experience in a similar role, ideally within a secondary school environment.
