Main Duties: 

Creation of new and management of existing business using a variety of means of communication.
Providing accurate information onto CRM system
Delivering exceptional customer service
Providing advice to customers in regards to Travel requirements
Updating compliance and GDPR documentation 
Effective management of all detailed information
Seek opportunities to review operational processes and commercial relationships with client to provide suggestions for improvementKey Requirements:

2 years Customer Service experience 
Sales background
Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPIs
A passion for customer service
Comprehensive computer skills, Proficient in Microsoft packages, Word, Excel and Powerpoint 
Proactive, ambitious and organised 
A-C GCSE's in English and Maths
Excellent telephone manner 
Great problem solver
A passion for travel
