360 Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Hygiene Supervisor to oversee a shift operation, ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are achieved and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe working environment in line with HSWA and COSHH regulations.
Manage hygiene budget, KPIs, labour, and materials with the Hygiene Manager.
Supervise and develop team members, ensuring they are fully trained and competent.
Ensure compliance with cleaning schedules, SOPs, CICs, and HACCP standards.
Conduct post-hygiene audits, drive improvements, and assist in reducing out-of-spec swabs and microbial issues.
Deputize for the Senior Hygiene Supervisor when required.Qualifications:

Proven experience in hygiene or cleaning management.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations (HSWA, COSHH).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Food Safety Level 1
