Our client, a prominent company in the water treatment industry, is seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to join their team for work in Hampshire, specifically around the Winchester and Basingstoke areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising electrical work on water treatment projects
Ensuring all electrical installations are carried out to the highest standards
Conducting inspections and testing of electrical systems
Overseeing cable tray installations and armoured SWA cable work
Coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders
Maintaining safety standards and compliance with relevant regulations
Managing and mentoring junior electricians and site staff
Reporting progress and issues to senior management

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in electrical supervision within the water treatment industry
SSSTS or SMSTS certification
2391 or equivalent qualification
Holder of an ECS/JIB Gold card
EUSR water hygiene card is essential
Proficiency in working with cable tray installations and armoured SWA cables
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
