Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Employment Law Business Partner to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to queries, providing guidance throughout all stages of the business and employee employment life cycle, and ensuring maximum retention levels. What you'll do:
As an Employment Law Business Partner, your role will be pivotal in providing expert advice on HR and Employment Law matters. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, responding to their queries via telephone and email. Your excellent organisational skills will enable you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all advice is logged correctly and accurately. You'll also play a key role in fostering a culture of knowledge sharing within the team, supporting the development of your colleagues.
- Provide legally compliant and commercially led advice on all aspects of HR and Employment Law.
- Respond to client queries via telephone and email.
- Ensure personal knowledge of employment law and HR best practice is continually updated.
- Provide guidance throughout all stages of the business and employee employment life cycle.
- Attend and complete training as specified by the Team Manager / Team Leader.
- Create a knowledge sharing culture supporting development of others.
