Our client, a leading law firm in the city are now looking for a legal PA to support their construction team. The successful PA will be joining a busy team, working alongside another PA to provide support to the practice. Construction experience is not required; however, they are looking for a candidate with litigation experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Diary management
• Billing
• Supporting with Marketing and Business Development
• Travel arrangements
• Liaising with clients
• Meeting organisation
• Document production

To be considered:

• Experience in a secretarial role within a city law firm litigation team
• Strong IT skills - Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
• Positive, flexible and can-do attitude
