Our client are a non profit organisation based in York. They are looking for a Quality Assurance Business Partner to join them on a full time and permanent basis. The successful candidate will report into the Strategic Quality and Compliance Manager, and will be responsible for providing an effective and pro-active QA service driving the services towards outstanding quality.

Description
- Implementing and managing the Quality Assurance programme within the Risk & Compliance department.
- Collaborating with teams across the organisation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Reporting on QA activities and presenting findings to senior management.
- Supporting the development of quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conducting audits and evaluating the results.
- Ensuring all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
- Participating in continuous learning and development to keep abreast of industry changes.
Profile
- Demonstrable experience working in a similar QA role
- Up to date understanding of regulatory requirements and standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
