Based in London, this contractor collaborates with some of the UK's finest architects and developers. They have been trusted to produce several once-in-a-lifetime projects such as Battersea Power Station, the externals to Tate Modern, along the urban regeneration to Greenwich Market and Paddington Central.

About the opportunity:

Due to company expansion and a healthy pipeline of work, my client is recruiting permanently for a Site Agent. Reporting to the Project Manager, as a Site Agent you will be responsible for the management of the construction site in order to achieve required project delivery, whilst maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control. You will deliver projects to the specified quality, the required programme and to the maximum commercial performance.

As a Site Agent, you will drive the production on site; call off and monitor all materials against the programme; complete all site HSEQ paperwork (daily briefings, TBT, LOLER, inspections etc) and issue permits to name just a few duties.

About the requirements:

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you will be degree qualified (or equivalent) in civil engineering. Additionally, you will hold experience of working as a Site Agent whilst working within the UK Construction industry and be looking to take that next step in your career to run projects valued up to £2M.

Additionally, you will hold an SMSTS, first aid certificate and an NRSWA card.
