Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll oversee general building maintenance, including interior and exterior surfaces, painted and papered walls, tiling, pipework, and more. This is your chance to make a real impact in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

The Role:
*Conduct reactive and pre-planned maintenance
*Manage day-to-day facilities upkeep across the site
*Serve as the key point of contact for on-site maintenance contractors
*Ensure smooth operations with a proactive, problem-solving approach
