As an Ofsted Registered Manager, you will oversee a therapeutic EBD home, ensuring high standards of care and supporting a skilled team.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager or in a similar role.
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a Children's Residential Care.
Familiarity with Therapeutic Practice, PACE, SCCIF and relevant legislation.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care.
Valid UK driving licence.
