IT Business Systems Lead (Commercial & Project Controls) - Permanent - £55,000-£70,000 - Fawley / Hybrid

We are seeking a Business Systems Lead with experience in Commercial & Project Controls to join our client's team in Fawley. This role will involve supporting and analysing business processes, leveraging strategic tooling and applications for process automation efficiencies, and contributing to the company's digital transformation. The Business Systems Lead will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the system landscape inspires and simplifies operations for competitive advantage. This role will be running the implementation of work order systems within an engineering services client.

Responsibilities:

Understand and document business requirements
Consult with end users, key users, and process owners to ensure functionality and configuration meet evolving business requirements
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
Develop and deliver training, materials, and support to key users for improving their experience within the systems suite and data analytics
Support development and maintenance of consistent solutions across the approved application suite
Maintain confidentiality with sensitive data/information
Build and maintain workflows and process automation

Qualifications

2-3 years' experience in a similar or related role and similar system
Strong technical acumen and ability to analyse complex situations, solve problems, and drive an excellence culture
Experience with ICT systems, technical development, testing, and system implementation
Understanding of GDPR and good practice of complex data management
Significant experience of successfully working with a variety of stakeholders and ability to communicate complex information simply
Pragmatic approach, able to balance the ideal with the reality of what is needed today
Experience in the configuration of operation/maintenance systems
Experience of working within the Engineering/Construction/Industrial Services industryWhat we can offer you:
