FP&A Analyst | Immediate, Permanent | £55,000 - £60,000| Central London

Communicate are supporting a highly acquisitive, global organisation, as they look to bring on an immediate start FP&A Analyst, with the view of going permanent for the right person.

The business is on strong growth trajectory and is looking to bolster out their M&A team with a highly commercial, M&A or FP&A, accountant who can support an impressive team with M&A Transactions, FP&A strategic initiatives and KYC documentations.

The role will require a June starter and will be a quick two-stage interview process.

What will you be doing;

• Play an integral part in the M&A and FP&A function, where you will be assisting with transaction structuring and managing ongoing deals
• Leading on performance reports, investment reports and strategic decisions
• Working with Senior Stakeholders, Advisors and Lawyers on deal execution
• Managing KYC documentation and governance related requirements

What we are looking for;

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA) from an audit firm
• Prior experience in M&A or FP&A is essential, either within Practice or in Industry
• Available to start in June and commit to a role for 12 months+
• The role is full time in the office (5x a week)
