Post Graduate Position: Care Coordinator
Salary: £23,000 per annum
Hours: 9am to 5pm (on-call in addition)
Location: Southgate, North London (Hybrid working available after 6-month probation period)

About the Role:
AYG Care is excited to partner with a highly reputable domiciliary care company in North London, Whetstone to recruit a newly qualified health & social care candidate to work as a Care Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone fresh out of their health and social care studies, looking to grow and develop within a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the day-to-day management of client care services.

* Ensure that all care provided is tailored to the individual needs of clients.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.

* Support the management team in handling complaints and implementing solutions.

* Collaborate with CQC inspectors during inspections to maintain high standards.

* Keep all client documentation, including care plans and risk assessments, up to date.

* Coordinate carer placements and manage contracts.

* Conduct regular spot checks and ensure the care planning system is current.

* Handle accident and incident reports appropriately.

* Maintain regular communication with both carers and clients to ensure the delivery of quality care.

Requirements:

* Newly qualified in health and social care, with eligibility to work in the UK (NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE).

* Confident driver with access to company pool cars for client visits.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.

* Ability to manage emails and maintain an efficient filing system.

* Willingness to liaise with professional bodies and inspectors as needed.
