Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm)

Salary: £26,189.00 per annum, plus either a company vehicle or a £4,000 vehicle allowance per annum.

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Voids Operative to join our Property Services team in Kent. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our properties are ready for new tenants by carrying out essential cleaning and minor repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly clean and prepare vacated properties for re-letting, ensuring they meet all necessary standards.
Remove rubbish and arrange for appropriate disposal.
Conduct minor property repairs as directed, such as basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
Maintain accurate records of all work completed.
Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
Collaborate with the Repairs & Maintenance Team and other departments.
Assist with other property-related tasks as required.
Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field.
Practical skills in basic property maintenance (e.g., minor plumbing, carpentry).
Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
Desirable Skills & Experience:

Experience in void property preparation.
Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 in Property Maintenance).
