M&E Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Mechanical or Electrical biased M&E Project Manager to oversee multiple secured projects ranging up to £7.5m+. This role reports directly to the M&E Construction Director.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the full lifecycle of contracts from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* Coordinate tendering, estimating, design, and project management processes.

* Prepare and monitor client and design changes.

* Manage project managers and supervisors.

* Track project costs and prepare valuations and final accounts.

* Attend scheme design team meetings as required.

Requirements:

* Proficiency in MS Office/Microsoft Package.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.

* Certificate of Higher Education.

* SMSTS/IOSH certification.

* Mechanical, Plumbing, Heating, or Electrical qualification.

Experience:

* Essential experience in project management: 5 years
