Role Overview
As a Planning Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Leading the planning process for residential developments, from site appraisals to securing planning permissions.
Managing relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants to keep projects moving forward.
Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and representations.
Offering strategic planning advice to internal teams and contributing to the development of planning strategies.
Staying up-to-date with planning policy changes and evaluating their impact on current and future projects.

What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
Chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or actively working towards it.
Extensive planning experience, preferably within the residential development sector.
A strong understanding of the planning system and development processes.
