SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a dynamic and inclusive primary school who are looking to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team.

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will work across all year groups from early years to year 6. You will cover lessons while class teachers are on their allocated planning times each week (PPA). You will also cover lessons while class teachers are on professional development, and occasionally cover for absence.

ABOUT YOU..

As your role as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) will require you to work across all primary year groups, you will need to flexible and adaptable and you will need good behaviour management skills
You will need to have great interpersonal and teamwork skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly
You will ideally have a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification NEXT STEPS...
