An exciting opportunity has become available for a Class Teacher here at Elmfield Rudolf Steiner School.

This role would suit a teacher who is looking to escape the monotony and confines of mainstream education to be a truly inspirational teacher, working in a child led educational environment where they can provide a balanced holistic approach. Nurturing pupils within our middle scool this role will see you working with your pupils throughout their Middle School journey (ages 11 through to 14).

We are looking for an inspirational teacher who possesses a passionate and enthusiastic teaching manner to help pupils attain competency in their own abilities, to encourage a lifelong love of learning and who have a vision for achieving excellence together with the absolute belief in the potential of every child.

Teaching a varied curriculum from Mathematics, Science, Geology and Geography through to Music, Hand crafts, History and Life Skills, we can offer the right individual the training and guidance to develop their career within the Steiner Waldorf curriculum. Candidates must be graduates and have either a Steiner Waldorf teaching qualification or QTS.
