One of our clients is looking for a skilled Carpenter to join their responsive repairs and maintenance team, you'll carry out a wide range of carpentry tasks working within Social Housing covering N,NW and W postcodes.

Salary - £36,500 OTE £40,000

Monday to Friday 8-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

First and second fix carpentry

*

Kitchen and door installations

*

Repairs to flooring, fencing, and external structures

*

General property maintenance

You'll be working directly in tenants' homes, so a professional, respectful, and friendly approach is essential.

What They Are Looking For:

Proven experience in domestic/residential carpentry

*

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery - Desireable

*

Full UK Driving Licence (Company van provided)

*

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
