Job Title: Behaviour Mentor

Location: Sheffield, S8

Pay rate:  £95 - £105 per day

Your Role:

Provide mentoring and support to students, helping them manage and improve their behaviour.
Foster a safe and nurturing environment where students feel understood and valued.
Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
Implement interventions and programmes to promote positive behaviour and academic achievement.
Track and report on student progress, ensuring continuous improvement and support.
Requirements:

Passion for working with students and supporting their behavioural and emotional development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
Previous experience in behaviour management or youth work is advantageous but not essential.
