Are you a Lead Engineer looking to take the next step into management? This role offers a great opportunity to transition into a supervisory position, overseeing maintenance operations and subcontractor management in a critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the effective and timely delivery of maintenance and response work, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and environmental policies.

* Manage and monitor subcontractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard with the correct resources.

* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including Asbestos and Legionella management.

* Review risk assessments and method statements, maintaining best practices on-site.

* Maintain accurate records in the CAFM system, logging work progress and job completion.

* Take full project management responsibility under CDM, overseeing tasks from start to finish.

* Conduct site audits and inspections, ensuring all systems and equipment are functioning correctly.

What You'll Need

* Experience in statutory compliance and Hard FM subcontractor management.

* Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, and CAFM systems.
