Sales Manager - Off Plan Property Investments (OTE £120k - £150k 1st year) We are working with one of the leading property investment agencies in the UK and recruiting for an exceptional Sales Manager with ambitions to progress to director level. Offering the best off plan property investment options in the UK, in key cities such as London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and Liverpool to UK and International investors, the best commission scheme and outstanding branding and lead generation. Due to outstanding results and growth a new role has been created to continue to drive expansion, coach a high performing sales team and identify areas to increase sales, such as recruiting new talent, improving training and development. On offer is a competitive basic salary, generous team bonus and a lucrative opportunity to develop your own international agent and introducer network to build OTE of £120k-£150k in the 1st year which will rise in following years.You must be a highly motivated and energetic leader with a proven track record of coaching and inspiring sales professionals to improve performance and results. Ideally we are interested in speaking to leaders who have worked in Off Plan Property Investment, Alternative Investments, Brokerage or similar environments where a consultative approach is required to close on large scale purchases. As well as taking responsibility for the day to day team leadership, you will also have the opportunity to develop your own network of international property agents and introducers throughout the world. This is a highly lucrative source of monthly bonus earnings, as many of these deals will be bulk purchases and repeat buyers. Once you build your own portfolio of international agents you can expect to reap the rewards for years to come. This is also an opportunity to work with industry leaders with vast experience and a network of contacts, working with successful UK Property Developers on an exclusive basis. Once you have adjusted to the key responsibilities of leading the sales team and building the international agent network, you can look forward to liaising with property developers and being involved in projects at inception.
