Sports Grounds Maintenance OperativeSalary: £30,000 - £33,000 + Progression + Training + Professional Benefits Package + 33 Days Holiday + Overtime Location: Reading, UK Are you a Sports Groundskeeper or similar looking for a varied and autonomous Monday-Friday role where no two days are the same within a leading university known for its stunning and diverse campuses as well as great company culture offering training and progression? Known for its 'University within a Park' setting, the role offers an inspiring place to work, with varied landscapes and a varied and diverse work portfolio. Joining the estates team, you will oversee the maintenance and enhancement of sports grounds and facilities This role would suit a Groundsman looking for a varied role where they will be working autonomously on a Monday-Friday 36 hour week.   The Role:

• Carry out routine grounds maintenance tasks on Sports Grounds and pitches 
• Prepare match-ready facilities 
• Further training and qualifications to increase skillset 

 The Person:

• Sports Grounds maintenance or a related field, with a professional qualification in horticulture or landscape management
• Looking for a varied role where no two days are the same
• Full UK Driving Licence
