Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours and you will need to be flexible between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Dynamite Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our client based in Portsmouth that are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor and Administrator to join the business at this busy and demanding time. Our client provides a number of specialist service to customers and are growing considerably due to their success. As a Customer Service Advisor and Administrator, you will work within a specialist department and assist customers who have issues with their Vehicles. Key duties will also include:
  • You will be speaking to customers on the phone, as well as dealing with service and repair centres
  • Dealing with customers who are notifying you of an accident 
  • You will take accurate information whilst processing the details onto the system
  • You will manage multiple emails/a busy inbox and be able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
  • You will arrange courtesy cars and manage cars out on hire
  • You will liaise with third parties including insurance companies to manage accidents and claims 
  • You will complete high volumes of administration, updating spreadsheets, managing an electronic booking system , producing legal certificates and documents and updating client records with accuracy
The ideal Customer Service Advisor/Administrator will have/be:
  • Previous experience of managing customers via email and on the telephone.
  • Will have the ability to multitask
  • Will be well organised
  • Will have the ability to take down information quickly and with accuracy
  • Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Will have excellent attention to detail
  • Will have good administration skills
