Salary: £15.25 - £16.52/hour

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Planning Support Officer to join a Housing Association based in Barnsley on an initial 6-9 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Duties:

* Running job queues and booking repair appointments with customers in worker diaries

* Dealing with incoming customer enquiries

* Scheduling and dispatching work electronically to individual craft operatives

* Ensuring resources are deployed at the appropriate time

* Receiving calls from customers and partners

* Working with Operational Managers to allocate resources to known workloads

* Maintaining information systems with new jobs

Requirements:

* Experience of working in a Scheduling, Planning, Works Management, or Logistics environment

* Experience of working within a customer focussed organisation

* Knowledge of operational procedures for providing a repair and maintenance service
