We have two fantastic junior finance opportunities for those wanting to work for an international music and talent agency! If you're someone with 1-2 years finance experience in industry, then this London-based role is not to be missed!

Responsibilities:

• Process and code weekly purchase invoices and orders
• Maintain and reconcile intercompany accounts monthly
• Manage invoice payment process
• Input and allocate cash receipts appropriately
• Ensure timely submission of corporate credit card and expense claims
• Review and process expense claims
• Address invoice, payment, credit card, and expense queries
• Support debt collection efforts
• Perform general administrative tasks and team support

Requirements:

• Strong academic background
• 1-2+ years industry / intern / placement experience
• Basic Excel proficiency
• Keen interest in the music / creative industries
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong Excellent communication skills, with a positive and tenacious attitude
