The Building Surveyor Role
The successful degree qualified Building Surveyor should have the appetite to become Chartered (MRICS), or could be well on their way through their APC.
You can expect to be working across mainly central London, providing services on prestigious residential and commercial buildings, but also mid-range residential houses and apartments.
The Building Consultancy is a medium-large sized practice, with 160 employees, ranging across 4 offices. Very sociable team, with frequent events.
The Building Surveyor
- Has a Consultancy / Private practice background
- Shows some understanding of Building defects, Dilapidation's, Condition reports, Contracts Administration, measured surveys
- Appetite to become MRICS
- Degree in Building Surveying or Real Estate
- Enthusiastic character
- Confident in front of a variety of clients
