Continental Shifts - 4 on 4 off, days and nights. (rotating)

Salary starting at £32,000 and increasing upto £38,000 after completing training

Interaction is recruiting for Production operatives for our clients Food Product Supplying company based in Lodge Farm, Northampton.

This is a full time, temp to perm position working 4 on 4 off. 2 week on days (Apply online only) and two weeks on nights (Apply online only).

The main purpose of the role is to ensure the operating areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness to prevent disruption to the operation.

Duties:

· To perform all aspects of the production operative functions in a diligent manner, whilst ensuring health and safety standards are not compromised.
· Maintain solid operating basis in terms of good manufacturing practices.
· Ensure Health and Safety is always followed.
· To help support and identify operational synergies.
· Ensure that product wastage is kept to a minimum, whilst also mitigating the need for product remixes being undertaken.

To be considered:

· Experience working in a fast-moving Food Manufacturing company.
· Working to targets
· Customer focused.
· Clear understanding of Health and Safety, food safety and Hygiene.
· Computer literate
· FLT licence.
