A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to commence a new role in Bristol.

Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor, operating within New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out, and Cladding / Facade.

An example of their current projects are as follows:

* New Build Hotel - Exeter

* New Build Student Accommodation - Bristol / Bath (multiple)

* New Build Care Home - Bristol

* Cladding - Bristol (multiple)

My client are looking for a candidate with a good main contractor background, ideally within sectors like the ones mentioned above. Previous experience running the Commercial elements of projects and managing Commercial site teams would be needed.

Relevant degree level qualifications are essential.
