We are looking for an Office Administrator to join a leading construction company on a permanent basis, working full time Monday to Friday. You will be working as part of a close-knit team in Birmingham. This location is easily accessible by public transport.
You will be providing administrative support to a team of circa 6 people, splitting time between the production, commercial and technical departments.
Duties;
* Attending meetings and taking minutes
* Setting up site folders at the beginning of projects
* Printing off site drawings
* Assisting the commercial team with putting tender documents together
* General administration duties such as filing, scanning paperwork, ordering office supplies
* Preparing, organising and storing information in both paper and digital form
Experience/skills required;
* Administration experience is essential
* Previous construction experience is essential
* Computer literate is a must for this role, utilising the main software packages such as Microsoft word, excel etc
