Technical Sales Manager - Interconnect - Fully remote (UK Based) - £45-£55K - Perm

Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a technical edge? We’re seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead business development for innovative interconnect and cabling solutions across the UK.

What you’ll do:

• Drive new customer acquisition and develop existing accounts.
• Provide technical expertise and design-in support to clients.
• Manage sales pipelines, ensuring KPIs and revenue targets are met.
• Build strong relationships to enhance brand reputation.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree (or equivalent experience) in mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Proven sales experience, ideally within industrial, defence, or military or aerospace markets.
• Strong technical knowledge of connectors and related solutions.
• A proactive, self-motivated team player with excellent negotiation skills.
