HEAD OF LEGAL

Location: North West London (5 days a week in office)

Salary: From £120,000

Duration: 18-month fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent employment

Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career? Our client, a leading player in the wholesale industry, is on the lookout for a dynamic Head of Legal to become a vital part of their London team.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a talented legal team, driving excellence in legal matters across the organisation.
• Provide strategic legal advice and briefings to the senior leadership team and board.
• Coordinate, negotiate, and review commercial contracts, including supplier and partnership agreements.
• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions to support business growth.
• Keep your finger on the pulse by monitoring legal and regulatory changes that impact the company.

Experienced required:

• A qualification as a solicitor or barrister in England & Wales (minimum 6 years PQE).
• Significant post-qualification experience leading legal teams, ideally within the wholesale, retail, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality legal solutions.
